Product Description
The Quill Dress is similar to the Penny style with a vintage, Seventies feel but with 3/4 length sleeves. This style has an elasticated, shirred bust, 3/4 sleeves with elasticated frill cuffs and a full midi skirt with a frill hem and side pockets. The Rainbow Circles print featured tessellating circles in rows of rainbow colours on a wearable black base.
