Refund policy

**We've extended our usual limit for returns:
Any purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 14th January 2026. 
Purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal 28 day returns policy will apply.

While we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached. Please refrain from trying on clothes while wearing heavy makeup, perfume or in a smokey environment - items which are returned marked or with a discernible scent may be refused a refund as they are not fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK orders: you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to make your return. Please use the returns portal found here to generate your Royal Mail return label, following the steps on screen. This service is FREE. 

International orders: you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to make your return. Visit the portal here to generate your return label, following the steps on screen. You may be required to pay return shipping.
