Returns Information

To ensure the health and safety of our staff, our returns are taking longer to process than normal. At the moment it is taking up to 15 working days for us to process returns after we have received them. Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm if we have received individual returns, however, you should be able to check the whereabouts of the parcel using the Royal Mail tracking system. Please be assured that if you can see your parcel is with us we will process your return as soon as possible.

Free UK Returns

All Sugarhill Brighton UK returns are free and pre-paid Royal Mail labels are enclosed in every order. If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging.

All items must reach us in their new, unworn state with original tags and packaging within 28 days from date of your order.

While we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Complete the returns form and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  • Place the prepaid sticker on the outside of the parcel. 
  • The sticker will need to be scanned at the Post Office in order to obtain a proof of postage receipt, this is a free service, please ensure you obtain a receipt.

If you have mislaid your invoice form please email hello@sugarhillbrighton.com to request a blank returns form via email. 

UK Exchanges

Should you need an exchange please follow the steps for a return above but clearly mark 'exchange' on your returns form with details of the item you would like instead.

We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back. To ensure the item is available, contact us at hello@sugarhillbrighton.com; if stocks are low we will then reserve the item for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve sale items. If any item required for an exchange is not available we will issue a refund in its place.

International Returns (Excluding USA)

International customers (including Ireland) may return their items using a courier of their choice. If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging. All items must reach us in their new, unworn state with original tags and packaging within 28 days from date of your order.

Unfortunately we DO NOT offer International exchanges.

USA Returns

A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of return shipping to the UK.

Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. All items must reach us in their new, unworn state with original tags and packaging within 28 days from date of your order.

To make a return, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the item/s you’re sending back, using the original packaging.
  • Visit the portal here to generate your pre-paid return label, following the steps on screen.
  • Print the pre-paid return label and affix it securely to the outside of the package, please ensure that 'Sugarhill Brighton' is written clearly on the parcel. Mail the parcel at a Post Office, drop it in a collection box, leave it with a letter carrier or schedule a free carrier pickup at usps.com.  
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed, please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting.

Further Information

We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification. If you do choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for your lost order, therefore, we will be unable to process your claim for a refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Please refrain from trying on clothes while wearing heavy makeup, perfume or in a smokey environment - items which are returned marked or with a discernible scent may be refused a refund as they are not fit for resale.
