Returns Information

Currently due to COVID-19 returns are taking a bit longer than usual, at the moment it is taking up to 15 working days for us to process returns after we have received them. Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm if we have received individual returns, however, you should be able to check the whereabouts of the parcel using the Royal Mail tracking system. Please be assured that if you can see your parcel is with us we will process your return as soon as possible.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay, we are working as quickly as we can to get returns processed and really appreciate your patience during these strange times.

Free UK Returns

All Sugarhill Brighton UK returns are free within 28 days from the date of your order and pre-paid Royal Mail labels are enclosed in every order. If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 28 days from date of order.

While we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Complete the returns form and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  • Place the prepaid sticker on the outside of the parcel. 
  • The sticker will need to be scanned at the Post Office in order to obtain a proof of postage receipt, this is a free service, please ensure you obtain a receipt.

If you have mislaid your invoice form please email hello@sugarhillbrighton.com to request a blank returns form via email. 

UK Exchanges

Should you need an exchange please follow the steps for a return above but clearly mark 'exchange' on your returns form with details of the item you would like instead.

We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back. To ensure the item is available, contact us at hello@sugarhillbrighton.com; if stocks are low we will then reserve the item for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve sale items. If any item required for an exchange is not available we will issue a refund in its place.

International Returns (Excluding USA)

International customers (including Ireland), have 28 days to return their items using a courier of their choice. If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 28 days from date of order.

Further Information

We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification. If you do choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for your lost order, therefore, we will be unable to process your claim for a refund.

All parcels are returned in collated batches by Royal Mail to our warehouse, we endeavour to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving them.

Returns are processed during working days only. During public holidays and busy times such as sales or promotions refunds or exchanges may take a little longer - many thanks for your patience.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
